Forum on Europe 2010
For the XIIIth Cátedra Europa (Forum on Europe) we have more than 25 central themes discussing important global issues that affect human development. At our inaugural ceremony we have the honor to having invited Mr. Ex President of Spain, José María Aznar, a witness of our strong relations with the Iberian country that is presiding the European Union at the moment.
Moreover, the events of Cátedra Europa (Forum on Europe) coincide with a celebration of the bicentenary of the Colombian independence and independencies of other Latin American countries. That is why an International Seminar “The Independencies in Latin America” will take place. The Conference of the Fundación Carolina comes back for its VIth edition with a topic “Migrations and Human Development”, a social world-wide issue that has implications at political, economical and social levels. In Cátedra Europa (Forum on Europe) 2010 we will be accompanied by 65 European lecturers whom once again we show our gratitude, as well as to the Embassies, organizations and institutions of higher education that have supported us in the realization of this event free of charge and open to public. Cátedra Europa(Forum on Europe) is moving forward being faithful to its commitment to the community, reacting to its interests, promoting the search for solutions of its problems and working on overcoming the obstacles and meeting the challenges that are being imposed by a new world order.
We invite you to look through our program and enjoy more than 60 events that are here for your disposition free of charge.
