Why Sponsor?

The Pan-American Conference of Traffic and Transportation Engineering (PANAM XV) has become one of the most important events in the Transportation Area in Latin-America, Portugal, Spain and the USA. The 14th previous conferences brought together different representatives from national, regional and local governments, Businessmen, Consultants, Researchers and Advisors from different organizations related within the field of transportation. This year, the Conference will be held in Cartagena de Indias and about 350 attendees are expected.

As in previous conferences, exhibition and commercial information will be very important. In this particular case, exhibitions and information will be promoted simultaneously as the technical sessions. And therefore we have designed a commercial area that will facilitate attendees to visit stands, and at the same time promote the corporate images of the Conference sponsors in order for them to consolidate, thus creating new business opportunities. In this time of great changes in the Transportation area, it is very important for innovating businesses to display their products in an event such as this Conference.

Platinum (US$10,000 – COL$20,000.000 - 7,150€)
It includes:

  • Advertising your business/institution logo in all the documents and materials to be distributed at the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the main conference flag to be hung in the back of the main Conference Hall during the days of the Conference.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo by printing it on the expo-crono brochure to be available in the commercial exhibition area.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover. This CD including all the Conference’s communication material will be distributed among the event attendees.
  • Including your business/institution logo in the Conference’s institutional image to be shown on the panels where the Poster’s sessions will be held.
  • Exhibiting your vertical banner with a supporting stand (supplied by the sponsor) at the back of the main Conference Hall.  
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the briefcases to be distributed among the event attendees.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo in the notebook to be used by the event attendees during all the conferences.
  • Special mention in the invitations to all the social events of the Conference.
  • 3 individual registrations to attend the Conference.
  • A 4m x 3m space for your stand.

 

Gold  ($US7,000 – COL$15,500,000 - 5,550€)
It includes:

  • Advertising your business/institution logo in all the documents and materials to be distributed at the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the main conference flag to be hung in the back of the main Conference Hall during the days of the Conference.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo by printing it on the expo-crono brochure to be available in the commercial exhibition area.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover. This CD including all the Conference’s communication material will be distributed among the event attendees.
  • Including your business/institution logo in the Conference’s institutional image to be shown on the panels where the Poster’s sessions will be held.

OTHER SPONSORING CATEGORIES

A) Stand provided by the Conference organizing committee. (US 3,000  - COL$ 6,000,000 - 2,150€).
It includes:

  • Modular structure stand provided by the Conference Organizing committee.
  • The Stand is composed by:
    • Steel structure with acrylic panels on a 3 square meters surface (2m x 1.5 m).
    • 2 tables.
    • 2 chairs.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo in in the official program to be distributed at the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover. This CD including all the Conference’s communication material will be distributed among the event attendees.
  • 1 individual registration to attend the Conference.

B1) Stand provided by yourself (US$2500 - COL$5.000.000 - 1,800€).
It includes:

  • Area of 5 square meters (2m x 2.5m). Stand assembly is not included.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo in in the official program to be distributed at the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover. This CD including all the Conference’s communication material will be distributed among the event attendees.
  • 1 individual registration to attend the Conference.

B2) Stand provided by yourself (US$4500 COL$9.000.000 - 3,200€).
It includes:

  • Area of 7.5 square meters (3m x 2.5m). Stand assembly is not included.
  • Advertising your business/institution logo in in the official program to be distributed at the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover. This CD including all the Conference’s communication material will be distributed among the event attendees.
  • 2 individual registrations to attend the Conference.

 

Coffee breaks
It includes:

  • 1 coffee break for 350 attendees.
  • Exhibiting your vertical banner with a supporting stand (supplied by the sponsor) at the back of the main Conference Hall, and at the coffee breaks table as well.
  • Investment: COL $5,000.000 – US$ 2,500 - 1,800€.

 

Lunch
It includes:

  • 1 lunch for 350 attendees.
  • A 15 minute promotional speech, previous to the lunch.
  • Exhibiting your vertical banner with a supporting stand (supplied by the sponsor) at the back of the main Conference Hall. 
  • 2 individual registrations to attend the Conference.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover and briefcases.
  • Investment: COL $18,000.000 - US$9,000 – 6,400€ .
  • 1 stand (2m x 2.5m).

Closing dinner (dinner + music band)
It includes:

  • Cartagena hall (main Conference hall).
  • Permanent advertising your business/institution publicity during the closing event.
  • Printing your business/institution logo on the conference’s CD cover and briefcases.
