UNINORTE EN VERANO

Summer is a synonym of rest, free time and the possibility to have and share new experiences. Universities in other latitudes and educational settings have looked beyond the traditional meaning of this concept and have interpreted summer to mean the perfect time to motivate its faculty and students to move forward in their diverse academic activities, allowing them to connect with multiple cultures, generate discussion and consolidate research projects.

In agreement with this international academic proposal, “Uninorte en Verano” was born. This program of Universidad del Norte seeks to create an opportunity for education, learning and recreation for the general public through an integration of diverse types of academic, sports and cultural activities. At the same time, it strengthens relationships with other regional, national and international universities, stimulating discussion and cooperation among the various institutions represented.

Taking advantage of the time between academic semesters, the Uninorte en Verano program offers students and professionals a wide range of academic and language courses, as well as varied artistic, cultural, and special events oriented towards the development of diverse interests and objectives.
