We offer students the opportunity to participate in various sports and recreational activities for learning, recreation, fitness or competition.

At a recreational level: Students are encouraged to find an excellent alternative to harness their free time in sports by participating in national tournaments and by practicing the following sports: Soccer, Futsal, Chess, Volleyball, Basketball, Racquetball, Taekwondo, Table Tennis, Tennis Golf, Karate, Self Defense and Ultimate.

At a developmental level: We offer semester long courses led by expert instructors in each of the following disciplines: Swimming, Football, Futsal, Taekwondo, Chess, Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Racquetball, Karate, Tennis, Ultimate, Rugby, Skating, Capoeira, Kickball and competitive physical preparation.

At a competitive level: The University participates in many important regional, national and international tournaments in the following disciplines:

This program was especially created to support and promote activities for highly competitive student athletes who represent the University in different programs.

- Intramurals / external Tournaments.
- El Reto (The Challenge).
Free workshops and courses are available to learn about and improve in disciplines such as: chess, basketball, football, soccer, tennis, golf, volleyball, karate, taekwondo, capoeira and ultimate.
In addition to activities aimed at improving and maintaining physical and mental health services, some events and courses are geared to help students occupy their free time with healthy activities on a voluntary basis.
