METMA-LATAM II is the 2nd Latin American Conference on Spatio-Temporal Modelling was hosted at Universidad del Norte - Barranquilla from June 25th to 27th, 2025.

The aim of this conference is to promote the development and application of spatial, temporal, and spatio-temporal statistical methods in the fields of health and environmental research. Our primary objective is to bring together professionals and researchers from diverse disciplines and countries worldwide.

The scientific program includes sessions on the latest advancements in theory, methodology, and applications. We welcome contributed papers and posters.
We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Special Issue

Modern Methods and Applications of Spatio-Temporal Statistics

to be published in the journal Environmetrics (Wiley) and guest.


We invite submissions of high-quality contributions addressing theoretical, methodological, or applied aspects of spatio-temporal statistics.
