The logistics for METMA-LATAM II 2025 include providing each participant with a morning snack (such as a sandwich and a beverage) and a full lunch (starter, main course, and drink) each day of the event. Additionally, the registration fee covers a welcome cocktail featuring a traditional folkloric performance from the region, as well as a gala dinner.

Payment instructions

Step 1: Access to the Universidad Nacional de Colombia online payment portal by clicking the "Click here to complete your payment" button.

Step 2: Clicking the button "Ver Catálogo de Servicios Sede Medellín".

Step 3: Clicking the button "Portafolio de Servicios".

Step 4: To make the payment you must choose the option according to the type of currency:
- If you are going to pay in Colombian pesos, you must select the "Faculty of Sciences - II Latin American Congress on Space-Time Modeling COP" button.
- If you are going to pay in dollars, you must select the button "Faculty of Sciences - II Latin American Congress on Space-Time Modeling USD".
Note: If you live outside of Colombia, please provide your city and country in addition to your address.

Step 5: Complete the form with your personal and banking information and complete the payment.

If you prefer to pay the registration fee via bank transfer, please deposit the corresponding amount into the following bank account and send the payment receipt to metmalatam@gmail.com so that the invoice can be issued.
