Tobias M. Scholz (tobias.scholz@uni-siegen.de), studied Business Administration at the TU Kaiserslautern, Goethe University Frankfurt, and UCLA Anderson. He is currently a doctoral candidate and works as research assistant at the Chair for Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Siegen, Germany. He is primarily interested in the field of big data and the influence data will have on human resources and organizations. Other fields of interest are complexity and dynamics in modern human resource management and the effects of video games and eSports on organizations.
