Alberto Pedro López-Hermida Russo holds a Ph.D. in Public Communication, he is Magister in Philosophy and Master in Organizational government and culture. Journalist and Licensed in Social Communication. Since 2008 he teaches Communication Theory, Public Opinion and Political Communication in the undergraduate and graduate levels at the Faculty of Communication at Universidad de los Andes (Chile). He is also a frequent teacher at the Master in Government and Public Politics at Universidad Panamericana (México). Recently he has developed research lines on storytelling and new trasnmedial narratives in the political and institutional ambit; the image of women in political campaigns; the analysis of elections ads, new techonologies and the relationship between fiction and political communication. Besides Chile, he has been invited to give conferences about this topics in Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, México, among other countries, where he has algo given different advice services.
