Carolina holds a Master in Enviromental Psychology, Consultant in Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) and Disability, General Director of CONSULTORIA EN TIC Y DISCAPACIDAD (ICT and Disability Consultant); Represents in México the Red Iberoamericana Melisa de Accesibilidad en Medios Audiovisuales(Iberoamerican web Melisa for Access in Audiovisual Media), she is a Consultant in Special Informatics and Access in Media for EDUCARE Group. Member of the Civil Association for Free Access; Consultants Intructor in Technology for Disability at SEP, México City since 1998 – 2011. Promotes Access through adaptations of Audiovisual media, she exhibited the first INCLUDING movie in México in 2014 and 2015.

Teaches Workshops and Courses on Computer Science and Disability, Subtitled and Audio-description, develops courses for Access in museums, aiming at professionals in education fields, therapists, rehabilitators, among others, has participated in congress in México,Argentina, España, Uruguay, Colombia, Portugal, Panamá. She is consultand for the Department of Museums and Educational Services of the área of archaelogical monuments of Teotihuacán. 2013, Instructor in Access topics for INAH (Museo Nacional de las Culturas y Museo Nacional del Virreinato) 2014. Speaker of the INAH for Access topics in Museums. She produces adaptations of movies at Guadalajara International Film Festival.
